About

Yellow Bluebonnet is the product of two Texans with a lot to talk about and a lot to share. Tiffany and Sam met in the trenches of Corporate America and the minute Sam saw the Texas mug on Tiffany’s desk the friendship was cemented. After working together for a while Tiffany and Sam realized that they had a lot more in common than their Texas roots. Figuring out the latest style trends, finding a great new place for happy hour and planning a weekend road trip are just a few of the things that they love. After they stopped working together Sam and Tiffany decided to take their conversations online and invite everyone to join in!

About Sam

sam_headshot Sam grew up in Colleyville, Texas with her big ole family (parents, one sister and three brothers). She came to North Carolina for college (Go Heels!) and decided to stay put. After leaving Carolina she moved to Charlotte and has been there since. She has three hilarious dogs and one pretty great husband.

Sam is a graphic designer by trade and has worked for great brands like Hearst Magazines and Chiquita. Right now she is back in school getting her Master’s in Technology and Communication from UNC’s Journalism School. Her love of design fuels her appreciation of fashion and style. Putting together the perfect outfit is just another opportunity to create a fantastic visual.

About Tiffany

Tiffany_headshot

Tiffany was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. She attended Permian High School (of Friday Night Lights fame) and graduated from Southern Methodist University (of NCAA Death Penalty fame) before (on a whim and a prayer) making a move to the east coast where she’s been since 2003.

From planning and executing events for the President of the United States to heading up the communications department of a NASCAR teams, she’s spent more than a decade in event planning and public relations. Through it all though, Tiffany learned what she’s most passionate about—connecting with and serving others through unforgettable events.

Currently, Tiffany lives in the Charlotte area with her most awesome husband. By day, she plans events through her company, Hart & Co., then pretends to be a blogger with her dear friend Sam and side hustles at times as a PR pro(-ish).
